Senior Web UX Architect

As the UX representative for one of four divisions in an agency-led AEM page template and component development project, I advocated for accessibility and user-centered design grounded in best practices and research. I created a globally relevant UX architecture that balanced user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across platforms. I led the development of information architectures and wireframes, connected UX recommendations to global strategy, and translated business requirements into effective UX solutions. I also mentored junior designers, influenced stakeholder decision-making, and collaborated with global cross-functional teams, bringing strong organizational skills, a passion for optimization, and a commitment to team motivation and process improvement.

CX/UX Specialist

In this role, I led the execution of 3M.com content pages, managing communication across web development and business teams. I guided key website efforts including information architecture, UX, and wireframing while evaluating capability requests and aligning solutions with business goals. I advocated for user-centered design, coordinated cross-functional teams, and owned the CX Repair Shops content work-stream. Using tools like Crown Peak and Botify, I optimized digital experiences and developed workflows that integrated content strategy, SEO, and design to meet corporate standards.

Production Manager

One Wheel Marketing

In this role, I managed the company’s largest client projects while nurturing relationships with creative contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. I supported and coordinated with the production team, helping streamline workflows and develop new marketing solutions in collaboration with the CVO. I led a “one-day website build” team, worked with account managers to maintain strong client relationships and 5-star satisfaction, and guided customers toward effective solutions while setting clear expectations. I actively contributed to quarterly business planning, set and achieved ambitious departmental goals, invested in personal growth, and developed a high-performing production team. During the 2020 stay-at-home period, I also implemented culture-building initiatives to keep the team engaged and connected.

In this role, I drove the overall creative vision for the digital, interactive learning product, ensuring a high-quality user experience that prioritized member outcomes and market perception. I provided quality oversight, led creative direction for new features, and ensured all processes aligned with deadlines and budget constraints. I managed relationships with creative vendors, implemented a digital asset management system, and established web style guides and best practices to maintain brand consistency. Collaboration with client services, marketing, and sales teams ensured a unified brand experience across all touchpoints.

Web Designer / Front-end Developer

In this role, I led all stages of visual design, from concept to final hand-off to engineering, and created user-friendly solutions to complex design challenges. I collaborated with stakeholders through an inclusive, iterative process, and established design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across a variety of media. I developed functional HTML/CSS prototypes and static web pages, working closely with engineering to integrate dynamic content. Additionally, I produced non-web designs, including posters and collateral for B2B clients, supporting a wide range of creative needs.
